Mutated promoter activated by OmpR-P with the reporter GFP

We have assembled promoter BBa_R0083 to GFP for characterization purposes. That promoter is regulated positively (activated) by the transcription factor OmpR-P (phosphorylated), and it contains only one operator in its sequence, whereas in the natural promoter BBa_R0082 there are three.

The deep components are as follows:

OmpR R0083	B0034	GFP E0040	B0010	B0012

This composite part will be very useful to characterize many cellular biosensors, jointly with the part BBa_J58102.
