DNA invertase Hin tagged with LVA

BBa_J31001 codes for Hin invertase (Salmonella typhimurium, Ames strain TA100) with an LVA degredation tag. The degredation tag is added to ensure no Hin is floating around once we turn off the Hin promoter, allowing tight control of Hin-mediated DNA inversion.
