KaiA coding region

This part contains the coding region of the Prochlorococcus (Synechococcus) elongatus PCC7942 KaiA gene. An extra stop codon is placed at end of the coding sequence to insure translational termination. The physical DNA was sequenced as part of synthesis by GeneArt AG. Note that the coding region is bounded by the BioBricks Primers and is on a non-BioBrick vector pGA4 (ampR). The biobricks primers can be cut out along with the KaiA coding sequence with HindIII and SacI. Length of entire plasmid is 3802bp.
