This part contains the gene for tetracycline resistance flanked by HixC regions. This part will be used to test if the ribosome will be able to read through the Hix site.

Usage and Biology

Note that there is no PC+AraC so this is a constitutive promoter. However, with the RBS separated from the start codon, no Tetracycline resistance is produced.
