Usage and Biology
This is RNA riboregulator "lock3" modeled off of the Isaacs riboregulator lock1 (BBa_J01010). Its corresponding key is nicknamed Key3 (BBa_J01086). A version of this brick under the control of the pTET promoter is available as BBa_J01109.
Cross talk should not occur between this riboregulator lock3 and lock1 although this has not been officially tested yet.
