R751+ C600 E.coli cells with traI-R751 knockout

This is a R751+ E.coli strain with traI knock out, providing all the necessary proteins for conjugative transfer of R751 plasmids except the relaxase traI. The cell is a mutant, unable to perform conjugative functions, but when R751 traI is supplied in trans, any plasmid with R751 oriT transfer origin in this chasis can be conjugatively transfered into recipient cells.
