PoPS to GFP converter

This part accepts input PoPS and outputs untagged GFP. The part is very similar to E0240 but uses a T7 RNAP transcription terminator rather than an E. coli RNAP transcription terminator. This part will be used in a reporter device for dedicated transcription systems.


Usage and Biology

The sequence is good but there is a C inserted in the PstI site. The C is inserted immediately after the first C in the PstI sequence so there is still a valid PstI site.

This part has been shown to function as part of E7104
