Design Notes
Eukaryotic terminator vector was made by restriction of BioBrick vector pSB1AK3 and ligation of eukaryotic terminator in this vector. We had some problems with ligation of vector itself (without the terminator). This vector was very important for us, because of its terminator. We cloned all our composite parts in this vector, so all composite parts end with terminator.
