pSB1A7
Part:pSB1A7
Designed by Karmella Haynes Group: iGEM2006_Davidson (2006-10-19)
From partsregistry.org
Transcriptionally insulated high copy BioBrick plasmid
pSB1A7 was constructed by adding double terminators (BBa_B0015) before the BioBrick prefix and after the BioBrick suffix in pSB1A3. The added terminators block read-through transcription coming from the vector backbone into the BioBrick MCS.
pSB1A7 was promoted from BBa_J31009 by Randy on 11/16/2006.
