Applications of BBa_S03532
Interestingly, this intermediate conveys Tetracycline resistance to E. coli. Note there is no promoter other than what the vector brings with it. This indicates a "read through" transcription. We are using this intermediate part as a way to screen for ways to insulate the BioBrick parts from "read through" transcription.
