spaR CDS (Coding sequence)

This part is the coding sequence for the spaR gene from Bacillus subtilis ATCC6633. SpaR is the response regulator for the subtilin-responsive two component system encoded by the the spaRK operon. Activated SpaR will upregulate promoters that contain a spa-box sequence, such as pspaS.
