Test construct for HSL/LuxR promotor, with LacZalpha output

This is the test construct for the HSL/LuxR promotor BBa_R0062, with a LacZalpha output. This part is build up from BBa_R0062 and BBa_K077124. This part is very similar to BBa_T9003 the only difference is the order of the sub parts.

The image above shows the LacZ output of different parts from the registry. Important is that T9003 is placed in a low copy plasmid (pSB3K3) and the other parts are placed in a high copy plasmid (pSB1A2).

This part was used to prove that induction with HSL is working.
