This part allows HinLVA-mediated flipping of a ~200 bp promoter (pBad) and a ~1200 bp coding region (RBS-Tet). Sequencing of constructs containing this part confirm that the BioBrick sequences are modified. The prefix is missing the ending G spacer and the suffix is missing the beginning T spacer. |
