VR2: Reverse Primer to pSB1 Biobrick Vectors (optimized VR)

This reverse primer binds downstream of the standard BBa_MSC on biobrick vectors. Used for sequencing of Biobrick parts. This is a 3' shortened variant of BBa_G00101 (VR) and it works better with lower (56 C) annealing temperatures where G00101 often yields multiple sequencing signals.
