pbad promoter driving 6-his tagged superfolder GFP

This part is used for purification of superfolder GFP (for source and other information about this new GFP variant see its part description: I746916 and http://openwetware.org/wiki/IGEM:Cambridge/2008/Improved_GFP) via its 6-his tag. It is driven by the arabinose - sensitive pbad promoter. Induction was with 1mM arabinose for overnight growth of a 50ml culture for small scale purification the next day.
