We constructed BBa_I50032 by PCR using pSB3K3-P1010 as a template and amplification primers I50032-f (5'-GTTTCTTCGAATTCGCGGCCGCTTCTAGAGATGGAATAGACTGGATGGAG-3') and I50032-r (5'-GTTTCTTCCTGCAGCGGCCGCTACTAGTAAACACCCCTTGTATTACTG-3').
