Design Notes

I have included the complete GFP sequence. The boundaries of the lacZ alpha fragment are the first 60 codons of lacZ. This is what is defined as the alpha peptide in "The lac operon" by Benno Muller-Hill (see page 76).

The GFP sequence comes from (BBa_E0040) and the N-terminal alpha fragment of lacZ comes directly from lacZ.
